After a busy week we all need to slow down, breathe deeper and relax our minds and bodies. Through gentle floor based movement (lying down, seated & hands and knees), easy breathwork and guided relaxation, and with the aid of relaxing essential oils and candlelight, we will practice slowing down and being present. Open to all levels, beginners very welcome! Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.

This relaxing class consists of 45 minutes of gentle floor based movement (laying down, seated, hands and knees,) relaxing breathwork & guided relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners very welcome! Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle.

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated, or using the chair for balance and assistance. In these 45 minute classes we will practice seated movement/poses, breathwork and guided relaxation. It is open to all levels, especially seniors and those with limited mobility, or difficulty participating in floor/mat classes. Beginners welcome!
