Immerse yourself in a blissful yoga class for women, filled with slow, soothing movements and calming breathwork, all while embracing the healing power of essential oils, reiki-infused crystals, and uplifting affirmations. You'll leave class with an affirmation card and an essential oil roller to continue your journey of healing and relaxation at home. This is your moment to unwind, rejuvenate, and relax.
**Please bring a yoga mat or towel, and a small blanket if you would like an extra cushion under your back or knees.

This relaxing class consists of 45 minutes of gentle floor based movement (laying down, seated, hands and knees,) relaxing breathwork & guided relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners very welcome! Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle.

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated, or using the chair for balance and assistance. In these 45 minute classes we will practice seated movement/poses, breathwork and guided relaxation. It is open to all levels, especially seniors and those with limited mobility, or difficulty participating in floor/mat classes. Beginners welcome!

Enjoy this workshop designed especially for preschool and elementary school teachers who want to bring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness into their classrooms. Learn simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, child friendly meditations, games, and relaxation techniques that can easily be integrated into the school day with no prior yoga experience required! *This is an interactive, experiential workshop.
