Homeschool Yoga & Jewelry Making
Homeschooled kids are invited to join their peers for a fun, creative, and engaging class that combines yoga and jewelry making! In this class, we’ll explore affirmations—positive words or phrases that help children build confidence, focus, and emotional awareness. Each child will choose an affirmation to carry with them through yoga poses, simple breath work, and a calming guided relaxation. To finish, they’ll turn their chosen affirmation into a bracelet using letter beads, creating a meaningful and wearable reminder they can take home.

Tweens Ages 10-12 January 29, 11-12pm

Tweens are invited to participate in an evening of Yoga & Affirmations. Participants will learn power poses to feel strong and confident in their bodies and some positive affirmations that go along with them. They will also practice breathwork and relaxation techniques that they can use when they need help calming the mind and body and help to settle big emotions. Each child will get to create their own affirmation cards to take with them to continue the positive, healing vibes at home.

This peaceful class invites tweens to explore the power of the breath and the mind through guided movement, mindful games, and meditation practices designed just for their age group. Each session offers tools to help manage stress, improve focus, and nurture inner calm. Through playful yet purposeful activities, students learn how simple awareness of the breath can support balance, confidence, and emotional well-being—on and off the mat.
